In Canada, Vancouver Film School is the best. In fact, it's the world second best animation school. The fees is close to 14-18 LPA.

Hello Arpan,
IISc, Bangalore is very old establishment known for its excellent academic atmosphere. In fact the girl who stood first amongst girls in JEE Mains, this year has declared her intention to join this rather than go to any IIT! IIST is sponsored by ISRO and hence it is believed that placements in ISRO would be from this, but this is not authenticated.
My advise join any one. Both are equally good.

Both are highly appreciated colleges of India having National importance but in AFMC after passing you are an Army Officer too, doing national service so if you get there after NEET, Interview and physical tests then I suggest you to go for AFMC. Best of luck!

The chances are very low as there are few seats in NIT for B.Arch and not every NIT offers B.Arch.
But as you are from OBC category, you can hope for the best.
