You are eligible to seek all Government jobs where eligibility criteria is Electrical Engineering. You can even apply for Indian Engineering Services Examination conducted by UPSC after B.Tech in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering degree.

B.Sc (IT) is a good and demanding career scope in these days. If you want to become a computer programmer, software developer, tester, system analyst then go for B.Sc (IT).
Placement depends on colleges and your skills!
Choose a good and reputed college, check their last few year's placements!

Christ Lavasa is not a good college for pursuing PGDM as it doesn't even feature under the top 50 colleges across India. So the placements too aren't great; I suggest you aim for much better colleges and keep it only as a backup option.

Eligibilty criteria for B.Sc Home Science in majority of Universities is as follows: " Candidates who have studied Physics/ Chemistry, Biology/ Bio-technology and other subjects except languages with atleast 50% in aggregate of the best three subjects".
You are not eligible for seeking admission in B.Sc Home Science.

Research is the best option but go where you have more interest. I know you are totally confused but research is far better than engineering.

1st one is more better than EE, because electrical engineering has more job opportunities as compared to electronics & communication engineering.I am telling you this thing because I am an ECE graduate and I know EE is better.
