To be honest and clear, your focus must be on CS completely for upcoming examinations but at the same time you need to be aware with the syllabus of final year B.Com. You will get gaps between B.Com exams which you can definitely utilize and make up for. No company bothers about your B.Com score. All that matters is that you are a graduate or not and how many skills you have.

Yes, you can get direct admission from state board in the university, but you have to first apply for the admission and submit the registration fee. After that, you will get call from the university regarding the admission.

As you want to know about BVP, iMED Pune/IMR Delhi for BCA course. Admission process/counselling process are already over for BVP, IMR Delhi and iMED Pune and fpr other branches too, so getting a seat will be very very difficult. You can try for paid/direct admission in iMED Pune and IMR, Delhi(if vacant seats are available).
