Sri Balaji Society is best as it gives you best ROI than all college in Pune. ROI in terms of what you pay to college how much you get in return as a package. It's a strict college as has a hectic schedule but you should know the advantages of being in a strict area. The best thing is the corporate experience you get through seminars and guest lectures.

As of now, you are not eligible for an MBA in USA. Firstly, you haven't completed your Bachelor's degree, secondly you must gain work experience on completion of your degree and prior to the MBA application process. Additionally, you must take GMAT, thirdly your IELTS I am afraid is slightly low, but it can still be considered depending on the university. If you are keen for a management degree, you may consider MS Management instead. Also, keep note that most US universities require a four year Bachelor's degree.
