Its better to go for MBA-Finance. IIMs are best in this followed by some tier-1 institutes like S.P.Jain, NMIMS, XLRI, IFMR, TAPMI, GLIM.

Yes, you can get an admission in to MBA. But it's better to go through M.Tech. Because your earlier studies are based on technology, so if you do M.Tech you become master in that field and also you can get a chance in more jobs with that certificate and also you can enter into any other jobs in marketing and any business sectors.

You must have studied Business Mathematics (aka Quantitative Methods) and Statistics in B.Com. Why don't you enroll in a course in Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence) in India to prepare yourself for a career in Data Analysis. No, both GRE and IELTS are not required to work in Canada. The intent of both exams are different. GRE is a standardized test for getting admission to MS or MBA programme abroad. 

Yes, IELTS is required to work in Canada. IELTS General Training is the correct test type for immigration/work purposes.
