Obviously, D.Pharma in Pharmacy is 100% better than B.Tech in Biotech, as per the present job market in Pharma & Biotech industries. Especially Biotech industries just uses biotech in their industry name, but offers jobs to non-biotech & organic chemistry people. After the completion of D.Pharma, thee are better chance to explore job in Hospitals & Pharma etc.

You can improve on your skills by practicing math problems everyday. You will get better over time. Not being good at something should not be a deterrent to your aspirations. Practice daily and your skills will improve over time. Although CA courses require some hard number crunching, you will definitely learn the skills required over time.

It is unfortunate but its true that UGC does not allow simultaneous study in two degrees from same or different universities. Students are given time period longer to complete degree in comparison to regular degree courses in degrees by distance learning. You may complete one degree say from DU-SOL and then complete degree from IGNOU.
