Although the degree program which can give you the best job opportunities in any sector related to finance is MBA in Finance, but as you are not interested in MBA degree the next best option to make your career in Equity Research is CFA. There are other certifications in finance like CIIA, ACCA etc. you can also opt for Masters in Finance.

It is possible but if we see it practically, it wont be possible. becoming a pilot and achieving CP License is not a easy task. you have to clear may exams along with your practicals. 300 to 500 hours of flying experience on single engine will be sufficient for you to be eligible for a job but to get in a job you also need to have very powerful links in the ministry as in India, its very difficult to get employed as a pilot without a JACK.
