Its better to have one in hand than two in bush so, if you have started with CS I would suggest you to complete your CS. CS is a very reputed program and Career as a Company Secretary is not only prestigious and financially rewarding but also carries with it a high level of job satisfaction.

More than an ISO certification (which is a certification for Management processes which means if the Institutes Administration is functioning properly or not) what would matter for an MBA Institute would be its recognition through one of the Educational Councils i.e. either UGC or AICTE. So, if Suryadatta Institute of management is a recognized Institute or equivalent then only you can opt for a PhD program.

First of all understand the difference between Postgraduate Diploma and MBA. The main difference between PGD and MBA is that PGD is a postgraduate diploma which is given by stand alone / Autonomous Institutes which come under the jurisdiction of AICTE like IIMs, XLRI, and SP Jain etc. And MBA is a degree program provided only by Universities and come under the jurisdiction of UGC like JBIMS and FMS, PUMBA, these B-schools are university depts. of their respective university.
