Hi Priya,
More than an ISO certification (which is a certification for Management processes which means if the Institutes Administration is functioning properly or not) what would matter for an MBA Institute would be its recognition through one of the Educational Councils i.e. either UGC or AICTE. So, if Suryadatta Institute of management is a recognized Institute or equivalent then only you can opt for a PhD program.
Hope this resolve your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

There should be some solid reason that you want to do MBBS from Russia or China. If the reason is only your lower percentage marks and your inability to clear PMT exam then you need not worry. You should give yourself one more chance, prepare hard and give PMT in 2011. You can also opt for th dental field. Both in Russia & China you might face language problem because though the medium of education is English, you cannot stop th local students from discussing & questioning in their language in the classroom. You will be found wanting then. Besides, clearing MCI exam after passing out would be tough and who knows that after 5 years befo
