MTech, as the name itself suggests is Masters in Technology. This is naturally done after completing your BTech or BE. It is purely engineering although some subjects are there for which you can gain your entry based on your graduation in science subjects. After BA it is impossible to gain entry into MTech. Try for MA / MCOM which would be a natural progression for you.

Hi Samad / Jagjeet, the answer to your query is "NO". The Indian CFP isn't valid in USA (nor is the US CFP valid in India!). If you wish to make a career in the US (or for that matters in any other country) in the financial planning field, you got to meet the requirements laid down by the SEC (Securities & Exchange Council) for aspirants who wish to make a career as a "Financial Advisor". You've to clear the "Series 66 - 67" examinations (you'll be called "Registered Investment Advisor") & take up a professional qualification like CFP, RFC, ChFC etc.
You can also take up the "Cross border examination" & pursue the US CFP (after being th

Since you are in search of good colleges, let me tell you there are many good colleges where you may apply, but prior applying you need to do some research to find out which are the colleges that impart quality education, proper facilities, faculties as well as placements. Apart from that location also plays an important role since safety matters a lot.

Hi Anindya,
While choosing the specialisation the most important thing which you should keep in mind is your own interests and career aspirations. So I would suggest that you should choose the specialization which you feel confident of and are passionate about. MBA is one Masters Program which is open to all the stream students whether Commerce Arts or Science. If you want to go for MBA in Finance you need to have a strong hold on your Mathematical and logical skills, so if you feel that you are fit for this program go ahead.
I would like to add here that if you want the best returns on your investment you should go for a full time MBA

Hi you can take MBA course from Singapore and you need to clear IELTS with 6.5 to 7 bands. While deciding Institute for MBA coruse, check exactly total cost of completing same. Even check first whether you are eligible to work part time or not? As most of Private Colleges provide MBA course but legally you cannot work part time and earn money to live like UK, Canada, NZ, Australia, etc. What is your present qualifications and marks? What level of work experience do you have? Whether you have cleared IELTS and GMAT exam? If possible try with NUS.
