It will not be easy since you have to meet certain admission requirements and credit point requirements to gain entry into a particular university and continue your engineering studies. But, if you want to start afresh you have to plan it well, decide what to study and communicate with the universities before you apply. You must also take tests like IELTS or TOEFL, SAT, ACT, etc.

You can pursue PG in Law. Law studies itself has so many specializations like business law, criminal law, etc. You can pursue or choose a specialization of your choice. You have to know your career plans and choose accordingly. Scope if good, legal profession is one of the highest paid sectors. No doubt you must excel in your academics and also must work hard.

In RUSSIA: The degree is over 6 years long, you have to learn Russian language (not for class but to live in Russia), have to leave Russia upon graduation (visa revoked), there are nice facilities but not many patients for students to get experience, it's hard to go to the USA to do clinical rotations or work in the US as a doctor and a lot of people claim it's hard to work in India as well with a degree from Russia. Most if these issues also apply to Russia and Philippines.
Central America is only 4 years and the tuition for the degree is only 25.8 lakh INR. You have the option of US clinical rotations. The school has a h
