Hi Aditya, Canada offer 2 years of Diploma and 4 years of Bachelor degree so you can choose appropriate course level depending upon your interest and funding possible. You need to clear IELTS exam with 6.5 to 7 bands. Next intake will be in May 2011 or September 2011. I feel major problem for you is to get admission as most of Canadian Colleges and Universities will require 12th marksheet before giving admission. Only few of them is accepting 10th + Diploma for admission. You would not even get average universities with this GRE and TOEFL scores. Both your score are below the benchmark. In TOEFL, atleast 90+ is required by universities. Also, average to good universities require atleast 1100+ score in the GRE(Even if there is no minimum requirment).
I would highly recommend you to retake both the TOEFL and GRE considering the fact that you have a relatively good CGPA as well as you looking for low cost universities.

It is very difficult for you to pursue yout studies in US without taking the IELTS and TOEFL. It is only possible when the university grants you a waiver on the basis of your transcripts and degree wherein you have to prove to the university that you are from an english speaking environment and have pursued your education in English-medium. However, chances of getting a waiver are very less. Infact, even if you manage to get a waiver, you would not be able to get a visa without taking the TOEFL or the IELTS. It is best recommended that you take the test.

Hello Soni, In my opinion you shouldn't change your college in between your study. As every college have their curriculum designed as per the whole course plus they have the their own syllabus. You should complete one course and then try to move for another course in other college. Secondly as far as I know they don't have a lateral entry in Nagpur architecture college. Even though you still want to, you have to first check the criteria for that particular college you want to get admitted.
