Please find below the admission requirements:
1) A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in electrical engineering or computer engineering,
2) An overall GPA of at least 3.25,
3) GRE scores. Guideline minimal GRE percentile scores are 70 percentile verbal, 90 percentile quantitative, and 50 percentile analytical or writing.

Since there is no minimum GRE requirement, you are eligible to apply in this university. However, i feel your GRE score is not competitive enough to get you admission in this university. If you want admission in this university as well as north carolina state university, you should retake the GRE and target a score above 1200, specially when you have such a good academic percentage. Hi,
First of all, please find below the general requirements for pursuing MBA in US or UK:
1) GMAT
2) TOEFL
3) A 4 year degree or equivalent(incase of USA). In UK, even a 3 year degree would be accepted.
4) Work Experience: Atleast 2 years minimum Full Time work experience is required.
