Hi,
Following are the score requirements of the MBA program:
1) GMAT: Atleast 720+
2) TOEFL: Atleast 105+
3) IELTS: Not required it taking the TOEFL. If taking the IELTS, then atleast a score of 7.5 would be required.
4) Cost: Almost 80,000 dollars per year including living expenses(while pursuing MBA)
5) Atleast 2 years of full time work experience is required.

As you are a B.Sc. IT graduate and want to pursue MBA in mass Comm, as a friend I would suggest you to think about this decision again as you will be changing over to a different profession which is according to me not at all feasible as you have to start from the scratch again.
But giving due respect to you sincere interest towards Mass Comm I would like to give you the information.

Yes you are eligible with this academic record because the basic entry requirements for MSc studies are a good relevant bachelors degree with 2.5 GPA and above.
