With your profile, as you are working in a MNC, it would be advisable for you to continue working for some years, you have joined the company in June, 2011, i.e. around 7 months, in my opinion you should not take the decision of leaving the job so early.
Now as you wish to pursue MBA, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good and ranked universities in UK, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation for getting admission in their MBA program.
