With your profile, as you are working in a MNC, it would be advisable for you to continue working for some years, you have joined the company in June, 2011, i.e. around 7 months, in my opinion you should not take the decision of leaving the job so early.
Now as you wish to pursue MBA, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good and ranked universities in UK, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation for getting admission in their MBA program.
Apart from MBA, you can also pursue Masters in engineering management, this course is a blend of engineering and management subjects.
Working will help you to gain relevant and knowledgeable work experience, and this experience will help you to pursue your MBA abroad.
