Its good to know that you wish to work with one of the best company in the world. As Microsoft is a IT company, so after 12th you must pursue your undergraduate degree in IT and related fields, and make your basics strong.
After completing your undergraduate degree you can opt for Masters.
Now to get job in Microsoft, you must know what are the various job positions vacant, once you know that then the next step is to know what are the eligibility criteria to apply for the vacant position.
As you are in 12th, so during your studies you must be updated with all the latest trend in the IT companies.
But currently please focus on your academics, if you perform well and you have all the required skills to get a job in IT company, you will surely get the job.

Industry wise it is already a 1.5 Billion Dollar industry in India according to NASSCOM reports and also it more than 80 Billion Dollar industry globally. Thus it is a very big industry. Industry includes entertainment movie/TV serials productions, internet animation content development, AD (TV/Internet/Other) development, Product /Architecture design, Simulation, Game design etc. In india there are already many top 10 global firms. Eg : Technicolour, Dreamworks, Digital Juice in Bangalore, Rythm and Hues in Hyderbad, Pixar etc. There are now many indian companies like BIG Animation Studio in Mumbai from our own Reliance, Manipal Studio in Bangalore etc. Lots of holly wood and bolly wood productions are happening in India, like eg : recent Dilli Chalo. Thus you can make a very bright future in this area. But challege is getting in to the best college so that you can get the right training. Many institutes offer Animation courses. Once the students get the offer/admission letter form the university, then the next important step is to get VISA, so that the student can travel to their study destination.
Students need to make sure that all the documents, in particular financial documents are complete before applying for VISA.
You need to show the 1 year tuition fee and 1 year living expenses in your or sponsor's account, so that the VISA official get convinced that you or your family is capable of spending the amount on your education.
The living expenses are as follows:
Australia: AUD 12,000-AUD13,00 per annum
Canada: Can$ 10,000-Can$11,00 per annum.
New Zealand: Nz$ 10,000-Nz$12,000 per annum.
It is always advisable to show a little more funds than actually required, for example if you need to show 30,000 $, you should show 31,000$-32,000$.

Agreeing to what Manmeet said I would add that few of the things which you should keep in mind while deciding on your choice of Institute are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly, the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the faculty(their educational background), the placement, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. This will give you a real picture about the institute.
If you feel that BIBS is the B-School which fits on the criterion then go ahead.

Hi Jarna, in today's changing time there is scope in almost every possible field. Pursuing management course acts like cherry on your career cake by adding good opportunities in career depending on the individual's capability of utilizing the skills.
As you have shown interest in MBA (IT), I would say that the scope of MBA in IT is good, because organisations belonging to all domains, IT or non-IT have extensive IT infrastructure. For management of this infrastrcuture they need trained and experienced managers in IT and prefer hiring those with management background.
