HI Sreeram, agreeing with Mahesh and MSK Brunel Univ is one of the good univ in the country and known for Engineering courses.
But before you finalise on the univ, do a research on what you expect from the course and if the course offered by the univ solves your purpose.
you can look at the TQA ratings to get an idea about the teaching quality.
The other univ well known for Engineering courses are Bristol, Sheffield, Cranfield. You may like to look at some other Engineering courses at these univ.

PGDM by AIMA is AICTE & DEC approved.
It does not require CAT,MAT,XAT entrance exam if your graduation marks are above 50%
Its not among top 100 B- Schools of India.
Top-50 college fees for 2 year course would be in the range of 4 lac to 12 lac but AIMA offers only in 1 Lac( 25,000/- per module & total 4 modules)
