As you are looking forward for a career into design, I would suggest you to go for post graduation from either N I D (National Institute of Design) or C E E D (Common Entrance Examination for Design) but both asks for bachelors degree in Engineering.
And as you say that you hold a diploma, I am afraid you cannot enter into masters as of now. But do not worry, there is a solution to it. You can complete your B.TECH through lateral entry as there are many colleges that offer provisions for the same.
Kindly revert back with further clarifications. Appraise by liking it or marking as best.
Good Luck.

A Sphygmomanometer is a device used to measure blood pressure, composed of an inflatable cuff to restrict blood flow, and a mercury or mechanical manometer to measure the pressure.
It is always used in conjunction with a means to determine at what pressure blood flow is just starting, and at what pressure it is unimpeded.
The device was invented by Samuel Siegfried Karl Ritter von Basch in 1881.
In 1901, Harvey Cushing modernized the device and popularized it within the medical community.
