For NEET 2017, an overview can be drawn from the NEET 2016 cutoff. The cutoff of all the categories for the year 2016 has been released. For the general category, the range of cutoff is between 685-468. However, there will be fluctuation in the cutoff in the year 2017 as now the students will be having better idea of the exam pattern and syllabus.

JEE hotel management is an all India level exam conducted by the NCHMCT every year for admissions in IHMs. The exam has 5 sections:
1. Quantitative aptitude.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. GK and current affairs.
4. English.
5. Service aptitude.
It is a 3 hour exam, so there will be a lot of time. Now, you can either join some coaching or you can go for self-preparation.

1. Quant: RS Agarawal.
2. Reasoning: Verbal and non-verbal reasoning by RS Aggarawal.

At XISS placement is really good in all the department be it Marketing or Rural management or any other. The average package for the Marketing department is approximately Rs 5 lakh p.a. and percentage of student placed is above 90%. So my advice for you would be opt for Marketing branch if you are willing too.

No, it is not difficult. You can prepare well for CAT exam in your final year and do maintain good academic score in your graduation and build a good profile by participating in various additional courses and events because IIM's selection is based on the overall profile.
