Well if you mean that you want a University which can conduct all your Batch B.Tech papers, this seems impossible as an option.
However, you can apply for a B.Tech through correspondence. Out of a few which offers B.tech through correspondence, IGNOU too offers this program. You can certainly opt for the same.
