Hi,
As you have completed your graduation in IT, it would be always advisable for you to pursue masters in same or related fields as it will add on to the knowledge of what all you have learned during graduation, how ever you can surely pursue MBA.
UK and US are the best study destination to pursue MBA, there are many good universities in these two countries which offers MBA.
How ever please remember in order to pursue MBA form good universities you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
To pursue MBA, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 65%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
IELTS score 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 85-90 plus.
As you are pursuing undergraduate degree,it would be advisable for you to work for some years after completing your graduation and then opt for pursuing further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
1.You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
2. After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue Masters in same field, where as if you are interested in management side you can opt to pursue MBA, and finally if you want that your studies should be a blend of engineering and management subjects than you can pursue Masters in engineering management.
3.If you are interested in MBA, then this work experience would help you to get admission in good universities, as all the good universities abroad requires at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation for admission in their MBA program.
4.Finally if you work for some years, you can yourself finance your partial or full tuition fees of the universities.

hi mr,irsath,welcome to shiksha,com and yeah what ur thinking is correct and yeah many of hte companies kept a bench mark of min 60% through out the academics but not all and many of the companies kept as a min of 50% also at the time of selections so dont think about ur job and now a days percentage and marks are not important for doing job and getting job so go for the best university or college for m.c.a and better get a job in campus itself only because it is a low competitive and try for the interviews and attend as many as u can then u have enough confidence to attend in future also .and one thing i have to say is dont think about the past i mean the percentages but kept n mind that i got less then only u will get min 65+ in m.c.a and many of the companies only ask about ur pg percentage if u get more in that u have a chance to go for it.all the best

Both the universities are good and are well reputed. But as you are interested in Mass Comm. As a friend, I would suggest you to think about this decision again. Mass Comm is a very broad term which includes many things such as journalism, production, direction, cinematography, advertising etc. As it will be difficult for me to explain every category of Mass Comm/ Media to you in brief, I am providing you with few article links below, kindly refer to them to get a better idea.

Well I would suggest you to go for higher studies, i.e opt for M.A in either History or Sociology and further take up teaching as a career. With masters in Sociology, you may even look for sectors like Social services, Community work, Child-care or community development agencies, Business, Health services, Counseling centers, Estate, personnel work, training, or sales. At the same end, as a History graduate you can work with the public relation department of corporate houses. You can work in the job profiles of Business Analyst, as documentation specialist, as librarian, as research assistant, Teacher, Editor in journals and so on. The salary offered depends on the nature of the work and the organization that provides the same
You may even go ahead with PG Diploma in Fashion Designing and make a successful career into that. Besides, I would say that whatever you take up, make sure goes well with your true abilities and interest. Opt for the one that appeals you the most.
