Hi,
Well you have good career options as far as HR is concerned. There are plenty courses offered by various colleges and universities across the globe. Few offer MA Social Works with HR as one of the specialization and many offer HR with MBA and now-a-days many of the institutes have replaced HR with LR, i.e Labor Relations. No doubt with ample opportunities in hand, this is a dynamic, challenging and rewarding profession.
I am sending you a link of institutes offering courses in HR. Go through them and make a good choice.

Hi Hari!
I can understand your problem. See, there are basically three way outs for you. The first one is changing the organization or going for similar profile job thereby using your experience, the second method is to try for the banking jobs(like IBPS is conducting exam for specialist officers), and other jobs related to your specialization, if you fit into the age and other eligibility criteria and third one is to pursue any higher education for your career progression.
I hope it resolves your query, if you feel so them can close this question by marking this answer as best.
Good Luck.

Hi Syed, With the given percentile you can apply. A composite score of 65 out of Test score (CAT/XAT/GMAT/GRE) and GD on 60:40 ratio would clear a candidate for next round (PI process) of selections. Hence you need to do well in GD also. Since we are having profile based screening process, your background qualification will also be considered while finalizing overall performance.
