Well I would suggest you to go for teaching in case you are strongly inclined towards the field and at the same end Banking is one of the most sought after career choice among the students. It is an entry into a well paid, secure and status career.
I would suggest you to opt for the subject in which you possess keen interest and passion.

A+ is a certification offered by CompTIA, Computing Technology Industrial Association, USA.
IIHT and many other training centers, offer courses training the students on PC-Computer Hardware and Operating systems.
After the course, if you appear for 2 on line examinations, costing $ 90 each, ( Rs.5000 each), and pass the exams, You will become an A+ certified professional.
If you do a course with IIHT, you would be trained on the subjects practically and theoretically with Course material and lab sessions.
You would be able to take up IIHT's own internal on line examination and receive an IIHT certificate of accomplishment, clearly mentioning that you have completed the course.

Well it is not advisable for you at this stage to pursue Bachelors from Germany, as you have to go for a 1 -1.5 year bridging course or you have to give an entrance exam conducted by the German university or you have to complete 1 year Bachelors in India.
So, as a friend, I would advice you to complete your bachelors in India and then pursue your masters from Germany.
But as you have asked the question, I would like to provide you with some of the Universities that you can approach.
