Yes, you can join Diploma after completing ITI course.
The duration of the Diploma course is 3 years. But, class 12th students and ITI holders are eligible for lateral entry Diploma. So, they can get direct admission in 2nd year of Diploma. Hence, they can complete the Diploma engineering course in 2 years.
To join Diploma through lateral entry, you must have minimum 40% in ITI or qualifying examination without any backlogs. Once you fulfill the eligibility criteria of lateral entry Diploma, you can apply for 2nd year Diploma after ITI.

For reputed B-Schools, CAT cut off is around 80 percentile. Well, it depends on individuals choice which colleges they are considering, and the percentile they have scored in CAT.
IIMs generally have cut off >96 percentile.
MDI-Gurgaon, SP Jain, NMIMS-Mumbai, JBIMS, FMS, IIT-B/D have cut off above 95 percentile.
