Well if you are planning to pursue Bachelors from Germany, I would say that it is not a good idea as for Bachelors program, you have to go for a 1 -1.5 year bridging course or you have to give an entrance exam conducted by the German university or you have to complete 1 year Bachelors in India.
But as you have asked, I would like to say that as mentioned above, there few institutes offering Bachelors in Automobile in Germany. However, there are few universities that are offering a course related to Automobile engineering and allied are:

Germany is a country known for its Technical advancements, so an MS in Mechanical from Germany will surely be a nice step!
There are usually two intakes Sep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so you need to plan accordingly. The deadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /April intake is in July.
Hence, you will need to make an early application.
Also, education in Germany is govt. sponsored, there is a possibility that you might have to give a minimal fee ranging between 140-500 euros.

Eligibility Criteria - Admissions PGDM 2012
All applicants are required to appear for GMAT/CAT*/XAT*/MAT/CMAT before applying to Great Lakes Institute of Management

All the above along with a higher degree would certainly enhance your knowledge and aptitude as well as get you a bright future.

A BBA degree by itself might fetch you a job at the entry level, but will not provide you with enough growth opportunities unless you follow it up with an MBA from an institute of repute.
A B.Com degree equips a student with fundamentals and concepts on Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, Economics and Industrial Policies. B.Com is and always has been a lucrative career option among students. It is the first big step for students who wish to pursue careers in Finance, Taxation and Accountancy.
