Hi,
Having a BEd degree will no longer be enough to become a school teacher. Aspirants will now have to clear an eligibility test with at least 60% to be able to teach at any private or government school. The test will be conducted once a year, separately by State Govts and the Centre.
TET will have two papers with multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Paper I will be for those intending to become teachers for classes I-V. Paper II will be for those aspiring to teach between classes VI and VIII. Those interested in teaching from Class I to VIII will have to appear for both papers.
Eligibility Criteria: The minimum qualification for classes 1 to 5, Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or applying in final 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (or its equivalent). (OR) Senior Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or aspiring in final 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El, Ed). The minimum qualification for classes 6 to 8, B.A/B.Sc with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in education (B.Ed). (OR) BA/B.Sc with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year B.Ed (Special Education). Relaxation as per rules.

Hi Manjodh, M.Tech is a technical degree that is offered after engineering degree or an equivalent diploma.
Well, the cut-off varies every year. It would be advisable to contact the institutes personally or check their websites for detailed knowledge regarding the admission procedure, recognition, cut-offs, fee structure, etc as it differs from one university / institute to another.

Operations management.

I would suggest you that before opting for any specialization you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
Pursuing MBA is always a good option as it further enhances your career prospects.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.

UGC NET is conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects can appear for the exam. Those who have acquired post graduation from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.
Age Qualification:
The candidates appearing for JRF should not be above 28 years of age. The candidates appearing only for lectureship have no upper age limit. Age relaxation of 5 years will be given to SC/ST/OBC or physically disabled or women or visually handicapped.
***Any Indian citizen can appear for this exam. But they should have pursued the Master's degree as per the UGC norms. Even for the subjects you may check the UGC website.

Well I am little confused with your requirement. I understood two different concepts related to " CTI" used by you above:-
1. CTI Certification as discussed above.
OR
2. Central Training Institute for Instructors which comes under Directorate General of Employment & Training, Ministry of Labor, GOI.
However, since you pursuing Diploma in Droughtsman Mechanical, I would say that with the growth of process industries, ITI Draftsman Mech has good potential as regards the jobs and growth. You may get in Piping design or equipment design by taking up special training after your ITI. There are useful courses run by many institutes and your aim shall be to get practice on developing piping drawings and analysis. Also proficiency in AutoCAd and ProE will help you a lot.

Hi Shweta, in lateral entry scheme the students who got admission can directly enter the second year course.
Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates with a diploma in engineering can apply for the course. The diploma holders should have scored a minimum aggregate pass mark as per the university rules.
The lateral entry examination has many advantages :
*The students selected for the course can directly get admitted for the second year classes.
*The candidate can save one year through this scheme and need not study the basic subjects that they have studied earlier.
*The candidate will gain familiarity with the subjects and this helps them to understand and study the subject with ease and interest.
As you are already through with the diploma course so, you are elgible. But, not to forget, lateral entry rules differ from one university to another so I would suggest you to please directly contact the university officials.
