Hi Sandeep, India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
UPSC conducts civil services examination every year in the month of May and June and its main exam is in the month of December. The notification for this exam comes out in the month of January end.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

It is not possible in our current education senerio. A person can take education to engineering only after 12th and that too after giving competitive exams. There are chances but they are also very low that a person have used fake 12th certificates for entreing engeenering. But why are you concerened, you never know his journey. Keep in mind shot cuts do not work for long time.

Not directely.for doing engineering after 10th you have to do 3 years diploma in that respective field and after passing diploma take admission in 2nd year of engineering. Cheers!!

Hi, ISEET is Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test. The Human Resource Development Ministry, Government of India is all set to go ahead with its plan to conduct a common engineering entrance examination from 2013, but the first nation-wide test may only cover technical institutions funded by the Center.
