As per your profile I would suggest that you should complete your BCA, it is one of the finest course to pursue as it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
Once your BCA is completed you can work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies like MBA as it will further enhance your career prospects.So do not take stress just give your 100% in your studies and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.

Adding to Aru's answer,your admission to MCA depends on the eligibility conditions of the institute you wish to join. Final year students are also eligible to apply,but again eligibility requirements vary from institute to institute.
In general,in order apply for MCA, you should :
1. Have Maths in Class12
2. If not maths in class 12, some institutes ask for maths as one of the subjects in your graduate degree
3. Have a recognized graduate degree
