Hi jayl . There is not any dress code of institute on regular days. You can come casually but in a decent manner. And for special days like guest lecture, industry visit, viva, seminars etc. students have to dress up formally.

Logistics and Supply Chain has become a very critical area for a company. You finished your BMS in 2011. Assuming you are working right now, I suggest, you focus on getting an opening, in a reputed clearing house. This is the place, where you will learn the paper work, and the nuts & bolts of this line. which is so critical for you, to succeed. Ensure that you get an experience of anywhere between 4 till 5 years. You can literally call the shots after that

As you are a graduate you are eligible for IAS,IPS, CAT,SSC like exams, There are job opportunities in private sector too. Big brands like LPU, Amity etc. recruit B.Com and BBA students with a decent salary. And if you want to study further you can go for M.COM , MBA,Possibly MCA etc. Choose wisely. Suggestion would be go for higher studies if you don't have financial issues back at home.

You appear to be a HSC student. Any B.E /B.tech branch would offer you equal opportunity depending on your performance. you have a lot of time prepare hard for IIT'S,IIIT'S, ISAT and NIT'S entrances. You must always remember if due to any reason you fail to enter government institutes .BITS, MANIPAL, SRM, LPU, KIIT, VIT etc would be offering you equally good/better opportunities.

Hello You should appear again for CAT because this is not fact that this year you got only 80-85 percentile than next year will not get good percentile. If you do hard study for cat than definitely you will get good percentile. Job is another aspect, job is not big issue after cat 2016 exam . You can take easily job in last semester.
Best of luck
