1. Yes, in my opinion Human Resource is a very good field for girls. Reasons being:-
It does not requires a candidate to run day and night. In other words, an HR manager need not run for searching employees, rather involves more of sitting tasks.The physical work load is less as compared to other areas.
This requirement is also satisfied by this field as the work of an HR manager is only restricted to the office hours. All these qualities of this profession makes it more comfortable for girls.

Well, no doubt, regular courses are given first preference as compared to the correspondence courses. During interview phase you might need to state the reason for pursuing the course through correspondence mode. But, not to worry, this won't make much difference if your fundamentals are strong. Getting a job entirely depends on your communication skills, domain knowledge, presence of mind during the interview phase and if you perform well then getting a job will be easier and correspondence study won't make much difference.

Universities in US and Canada have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall(August/September) intake.
Spring(January/February) intake.
So it is always advisable to take GRE and IELTS test atleast 5-6 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
