B.COM with CS is good enough for as the combination makes your candidature strong in the fields of banking, finance, auditing firms, etc.
It is not mandatory to go for masters however higher education always is preferable over simple graduates. A master's can give you the edge over the competition in the job market.
You may pick a good professional career once you are successfully done with B.COM and CS, and then later when you personally feel ready to take a jump go for Executive MBA in order to polish your skills.
Also along with job, you may pick M.COM through distance education which will give you a better insight and also enhance your career for good.

Since you have not scored 50% in graduation, it would be difficult to offer you a regular course at masters level. Though you may try for distance education.
A student who takes up Mass Communication has number of career options before him. He/she can opt as a Copy writer if he wants to go into Advertising, a Journalist if he has a nose for news and Public Relations officer if he wants to be the image builder of the company.
