Working full time while pursuing Phd won't be possible as you will be on study VISA, and it is not allowed to work full time on study VISA, however while pursuing Phd, you may work or research with professors.
In order to pursue Phd, from universities abroad, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.

The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing M.A Psychology is having a graduation degree in any stream.
However, many of the reputed universities demand graduation degree with Honors in Psychology or Psychology as one of the subjects studied in graduation from any of the recognized college/university.
Some even ask for a minimum of 45-50% marks in graduation as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this course and some also conduct an entrance examination.
