Hi,
With 70 marks in JEE-Mains, it would be difficult to get a seat in NITs. But, you may try in :
-The LNM Institute of Information Technology
-KIIT
-AMC Engineering College
-Lovely Professional University
-Amity University
The above data is as per last years’s CCB record.

You have not mentioned whether you have done 12th with PCM or PCB. But after 12th from science side whether PCM or PCB, you can go for B.Tech. Universities like Lovely, Amity, Sharda etc are offering B.Tech course for PCB students too.

The basic difference between MBA and PGDM is that a university can offer an MBA degree and institutes that are autonomous and are not affiliated to any university can offer PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) degree. However, some of these programmes are approved by regulatory bodies such as AICTE.
Even if you have not qualified CAT you can try in some reputed university like Lovely Professional University, Amity, SMU, etc they offer dorect admissions too. If you fulfill their admission criteria you can get admission there. Not only this some of them offer scholarships too.
