Yes, on the basis of these marks in JEE and 12th you can get admission in any good university. Keep all your options open. There are many other universities like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two. All these universities have world class infrastructure and offering a whole lot of facilities to students for their all round development.

Admission there is on the basis of the merit ranks of JEE Main 2013. 85 % of the seats will be for students from the Delhi region, rest will be for outside students. Their admission process will start most probably in July. Keep check their website. On the basis of these marks in JEE and 12th you can get admission in any good university. No problem if you don't have Bachelors in Mass Media still you can go for MBA Media management. There are many institutions like Indian School of Business Finance, Management Institute for Leadership and Excellence , Lovely Professional University, School of Management Sciences, NBA School of Mass Communication, etc offering this course. Check their websites for fee details and whether you fulfill their eligibility criteria. Best of luck.
