Both the countries offer quality education. However, education is cheaper in Canada as compared to NZ. Also, getting a PR is comparatively easier in Canada as against NZ. For Bachelors course you need to score good in your 10th and 12th (ideally 70-80%) in order to get into a quality University. If budget is your constraint, then you can also look at courses offered by Amity (A 3 Yr bachelors course in Singapore, Dubai or Mauritius will cost you Rs.13 Lakhs total).
