Higgins, recently I mentored a student with a similar background for studying automobile design at a leading international college. So it actually depends on where you are coming from and where do you prefer to go. Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. Again like science it pays to be at the cutting edge. For e.g. science students do better if they go for CS or IT since that are areas where development is taking place rapidly. Similarly in Design the cutting edge areas are UID/ UXD, 3D Printing, Immersive Technology, Augmented Reality, 3D Projection etc, besides of course Game Design & Animation. Of course at the top of the pile lies Concept Designing (usually reserved for writers and visionaries) - these people are required by Event Companies, Animation Studios, VFX Studios, & of course Game Studios. At this stage, you may want to understand the creative world and the careers it offers. Interiors, textile as well as Web Design rely on the same skills - your layout skills and color sense. Journalism also is at this level and relies on your language skills & knowledge of history and current affairs. A little higher perches Graphic Design, Fashion Design, jewellery design, Acting, & Fine Arts which rely on one of your artistic skills - sketching & imagination. At a similar level perches VFX as well as Motion Graphics which rely on one of your artistic skills - Cinematographic skills & imagination. Then come careers like Animation, Film Making, Game Design which rely on multiple talents like your authority over sketching, acting, direction, voice, sound, writing, storytelling and problem solving skills etc. Any extra skill can be used in this. So it turns out to be one of the most challenging as well as satisfying careers. Sure not recommended for the weak hearted. Do remember that digital design careers (e.g. web design, graphics, UI design, animation, vfx, multimedia) give better profits since they can be delivered anywhere in the world & hence may earn in dollars - resulting in better rewards for designers. Ibs mumbai is neighther too good nor too bad college. The professors are good so and most of them have industry experiance so u will learn about organisation culture along with ur syllabus.
The collg. Has different clubs like marketing,finance,dance,it,etc which have competitions throuhghout the year there are different events which keeps happening.
The colg. Also arrange guest lectures, who will tell u their experiance & give u valuable tips.
The other good thing is that you will have colligues from different states.
Now comking to main thing that is placement,the collage has a placement cell team whose work is to make sure companies visit campus. and it is due to their hardwork that many companies visit campus the only problem with the collage is that their are a lot of student so placing all of them is a big problem, the avg. Package is around 3.5 to 4 lacs.

Architecture means the art and science of designing buildings and other physical structures. However, over the past few years the concept has vastly metamorphosed from dealing in urban design and landscape architecture to construction of furniture.

Considered as one the chic professions and looked as a profession for elite class students, architecture has changed tremendously in the last couple of decades where demographic set up of students has gone through tremendous changes; and, students from varied social background, disciplines, and streams have come to join Architecture colleges. Career in Architecture is attractive, high paying, and has lots of potential in terms of growth. Besides the required criteria, some essential skills are also required for a career in architecture.
Most of the Architecture colleges in India offer education in Architecture at undergraduate level and students with Mathematics at +2 level are preferred. Preparation for an All India Entrance Exam can be started soon after 10th Class. After completing graduation or during the time of graduation in Architecture, candidates can do an internship program either with some practicing architects or with an architecture firm to gain practical experience and better up job prospects.

Various colleges offer undergraduate course in B.Arch. which lasts for 5 years. The selection is done through an entrance exam conducted by the Council of Architecture throughout India. On the other hand engineering colleges select students on the basis of the result to the appropriate engineering courses. Similarly, some private colleges offering courses in architecture have their own criteria which are based on +2 marks of students. Students interested to further their knowledge in architecture can pursue post-graduation in architecture for two years.

If you mean BHM (Bachelor's in Hotel Management), then it is one of the finest field to make career.
While pursuing this course you may opt for specializaion in:
1. Front office.
2. Housekeeping
3. Food and Beverage Service
4. Culinary Arts (Cooking and Baking).
There are multiple job profiles in hotel management and depending upon the candidates' education, work experience, the positions are offered.
However, in order to work in top level or middle-level management candidates must have a degree in Hotel management.
Whereas some hotels hire graduates straight from universities, some other hotels hire only trained hotel management graduates.
Students looking for a career in hotel management should have strong communication skills, reasoning skills, numerical aptitude and pleasing personality.
Therefore, if some candidate is lacking in these skills, he must inculcate them in him and for that starting early definitely helps. Many students start preparing for entrance exams conducted by IHMs soon after their 10th board.

Jodhpur National University is a private university under the state govt. private university act. Now, no engineering program is possible through distance education. Industry based integrated learning programs are the programs like BE or BS or ME or MS or etc., but this concept is also lagging behind the full recognitions. In such programs the candidates are working for an industry and that industry has collaborations with institutions so as to get their wards' profiles upgraded in a manner that the profile of company itself upgrades. You should gather total and full information before you confirm the admission. I would like to suggest you to join a professional body rather than this. I mean try for certification programs like AMIE or AMIETE or etc. Those are so good that they will keep their respect in the future too even when questions are arisen time to time. Around 15 professional bodies are struggling for their vallidity in regards of professional certifications, that case would be final soon in the future and you would be getting something good and equivalent to BE or B Tech. I am giving you the link that you are required to visit again and again. Once you see the case is finallized, you can take admission in AMIE or AMIETE like programs. That would be good. Cheer-up.
