Taking coaching is a very subjective call.
Coaching is your personal call. The deal is how good are you in reasoning, aptitude and English. These are major sections on which IBPS exam is based, though other sections such as general awareness and computer. If your fundamentals regarding these three major subjects are clear and have the required speed, the exam is easy to crack. General awareness and computer is comparatively easy and can be prepared in 3-4 months. But you will need to be disciplined in practicing mock papers and old question papers.

Yes, you can go as CSE is also good in CGC Computer Science engineering teachers were very dedicated in teaching and present good quality of education. They support students and makes students more confident and professional. Campus hostel was cleaned, well maintained, mess food is also good. College provide sports facilities, TV rooms and also 24 hr Exit/Entry. It has nice cleaned campus with playgrounds.

Engineering is not about easy and hard. Any subject is hard or easy depends upon your skill and interest.It is the game of interest that make engineering easy or hard. All branches are same in respect to difficulty level but we can say that civil can be handle more conveniently than mechanical. Believe me that this thing does not help you in civil services preparation. For civil services all branches are same.
