Yes, you can apply for the UPSC exams in 2019, once you have graduated or even if you are awaiting results. The only condition is that you will have to submit proof of graduation once you have completed the course and will also have to submit detailed application form for UPSC (Main) examination.

For IAS preparation it would be good if you pursue your BA in the subjects like history, public administration, economics, constitution and geography and among these I think geography and public Administration are the most popular optional subjects for the Mains examination and accounts for nearly 50% share in the final Mains result.
In fact, UPES University of Dehradun has come up with a special IAS oriented BA programme for students to study BA in public administration along with IAS coaching and test preparation. This clearly signals that most of IAS aspirants prefer this subject in their BA.

Hi Mani,
You get the admission in college on your HSC score. Then, firstly, you have to fill waiting list form in college and then 1st merit list is carried out then 2nd and 3rd. Once you have got your name in the list, you have to fill online form on college website and then with required documents submit it to college when college round is announced for further process of documents collection.

Yes, it is good for CSE. If you will do your best then you will get a good placement. Many companies come here which give packages more than 10 LPA. So there are chances that you will get good package. Also academic of UPES is good.

After Diploma in mechanical engineering, you can go for short term certificate courses like CNC Training, CAD/CAM Training, Catia, and Unigraphics, etc. You can even go for a proper B.Tech degree in mechanical engineering or related field. There are post graduate Diploma courses you can do like in machine maintenance, product and tool design, mechanical safety engineering, and applied mechanics, etc.
