You will get a seat surely in those colleges, but you may not get a completely free seat, it may be management quota or some amount of concessions in fees. I would suggest that you get counselling for TSICET and if it turns up good then you can try Bhavans or Loyola College. I'm saying this cause I got TSICET 706 rank, but went to do MBA in a B school instead.

No, without B.Tech you can also get a job. If you do MBA after graduation then also you can get a job in these companies or you can do network marketing or sales marketing to get a job. Also, CA can fetch you a job in these companies.

56 is a good score in TANCET. For your information, I would like to give you an information that last year the last cutoff under BC Quota to get admission in PSGIM is 56. So based on this fact, I cannot guarantee your admission in PSGIM, however the chances are more. It still depends on the student choices of MBA colleges this year.
