Placements in academic year 2017-2018 in SDMCET college was good. Approximately, 50-60 companies visited the campus, most of them were IT companies .The highest package was around INR 13 lakhs and the average package is INR 3.75 lakhs package, approximately 70%-75% students got placed through campus placements in this academic year. CU focuses more on the holistic development of students by giving them platform to perform in extracurricular activities, they are trained for the competitive world. Hello Shylja,
43.66 is an average score based on this years MAT score for MBC quota. The chances for getting PSGIM is less in counseling unless there is a great variation in student choices this year. If you are not able to get PSGIM & KCT, it is advisable to go for colleges in Chennai like RMK, Jeppiar, St. Josephs, etc. If you need to select colleges in Coimbatore, Jansons and RVS are preferable to some extent for MBA colleges.
