Definitely an Executive MBA would help you in finding better career opportunities.
So if you make your mind to do MBA from IIMs, IITs, IIFT, XLRI, MICA, MIT, etc then i will suggest for a very good institute HughesNet Global Education, as all these leading institutes are in collaboration with this. Moreover, these programmes have proper studies in their own campus and through two-way video conferencing, which is very interesting.

Hi Rekha, Choosing between Executive MBA or PG Diploma in Banking & Finance will depend on your interest and your career aspirations as well.Either of the courses are good and will suit your profile as well. Based on your work experience, you may get executive MBA but to get through to the best institutes like IIMS, FMS,IIFT etc you may require more than the current (minimum 3-5years) years of experience. Banking and Corporate Finance would be another good specialized course adding value and bringing further opportunities in the related field.
