There are no guarantees of getting a job anywhere abroad after a degree as it entirely depends on the demand and supply during the year of your graduation. With almost a crore spent on b.tech in usa, you need to weigh all pros and cons. What universities can provide you at the most is opportunities to network and train you on job related skills.
