You have to complete your Bachelor's degree firstly and take the Medical College Admissions Test which is MCAT to gain admission into a medical program in Canada. There is no such MBBS program there.

I want to suggest you to do short term courses say in nursing, physiotherapy, lab assistance. Alternately, if you have passionate fields such as interior designing, baking and cooking, event management too you can take it up. My suggestion would be, since you are a good Science student, complete a short term course and land a part time job or a weekend job. Plus do the Bachelors studies too. Look for colleges that give good scholarships. All the very best.
