Hi Soumadeep,
To get into a good hotel management college in India u have to give NCHMJEE.
In order to crack the exam with a good rank, start preparing for it, right after class 12 boards.
These books will help you crack the exams-:
Quantitative Aptitude by RS Agarwal
Non verbal reasoning
Try to buy some books from online sites on NCHMJEE.

Business schools abroad require applicants to have work experience of 2 to 3 years for admissions into the MBA programs. Hence after completing your Bachelor's degree you have to get a job. Additionally you must take the GMAT and also the TOEFL or IELTS. MBA essays demonstrating your career goals would be crucial in the admission process. Different b-schools have different requirements, some are more competitive than the rest. Please go through university websites and prepare accordingly.

Hello! There is ideally no need to pursue a PGDM course after completing your MBA. Generally, people prefer a PhD or executive MBA after finishing their regular MBA. In India, both PGDM and MBA mean almost the same.
