There is no pre-requisite for MBA. As you may be aware, a lot of IITians also go for an MBA post-graduation. So as far as your graduate degree goes, you can do anything you want.
The only difference is that:
B.Com: has elements of finance, accountancy, business, and economics. This means that youll be equipped with knowledge regarding the totality of the corporate world.
So, yes, in one way you can say so.
