If you want to apply for B.Ed, you can certainly do so, but as far as teaching is concerned, you will be only eligible to apply for teaching in class I-VIII. A graduate with B.Ed is not considered eligible to apply for teaching in Higher Secondary Schools or colleges.
As you have mentioned that you want to teach management, the subject is either taught in the higher secondary level or in colleges offering degree programs. So, in order to be eligible to teach in HS level, you must hold a master's degree. Most of the colleges and universities have an entrance exam for MBA. If there is any university in which admission is on the basis of marks in graduation, the cut-off for that is above 90%. As you have low marks in graduation, there is no option left. You can go for another course.
