If you want to develop a career as a financial adviser, I think the best way to go about it is by opting CS as a stream. By CS, i mean Company secretary also you can look forward to pursue MBA in Finance, however the latter shall be responsible to manage just a particular process and not an organization as complete.

It is always advisable to appear for GRE if you are aspiring to pursue MS in US, as all good and top ranked university requires GRE score to evaluate the candidate's chance of getting admission in the university.
Though there are some universities which do not requires GRE score, but those universities are not ranked and does not provide quality education.
So it would always be advisable for you to take GRE and try to score 1300-1400 plus.

You are good in written English.Did you join an institute to improve your written English? If no, then you can improve your spoken English all by yourself.St art reading the English newspaper aloud.When you have mastered the technique of s peaking a word , and simultaneously READING THE NEXT FEW WORDS, your command over the language will increase, and so shall your confidence.Then, start hearing the English news broadcast(mind you--on radio only).Try to IMITATE the tone and the style immediately after hearing.When you have mastered even this, start watching the English newscast on TV --preferably the Doordarshan news (because the talk formal English). Hear one sentence, mute your TV, and IMMEDIATELY repeat that sentence in the same tone.
Try this out for some time.You will find an improvement in yourself.But this needs a lot of sigle minded devotion and will-power.Let others laugh at you.Ignore them and pity them because they cannot help you but only know how to make fun.
