Punam, you can do your PGDM or PGBDA or MBA through distance education mode while continuing with your job. Your specialization subject should be HR itself as you have experience in this field. You need to choose an institute which is approved by both UGC as well as DEC. Symbiosis, Sikkim-Manipal Univeristy, ICFAI, IGNOU are some of the names of the institutes which have reputation in the job market. Since you have work experience you can also join a lateral course so that you can save 6 months out of the total duration of 2 years and few thousands of ruppees fee by giving exam of 2 semesters at the same time. Check it out with the institutes. Sikkim-Manipal has this provision for experienced students. Through distance education the cost of MBA / PGDBA / /PGDM would be in the range of Rs 50,000 to 1,00,000 for the entire course.

No there will not be any problem. hi friend,You are right about going for AICTE colleges.It is important that you go for AICTE approved colleges because when you go for job or further education you will face problems.There are many AICTE approved universities in India like there is GGSIPU, DU, Banasthali Vidyapeeth etc. Although I have heard of UPES Dehradun for its unique core programs, infrastructure and excellent faculty & placements. They provide MBA programs in the core fields like Oil & Gas, Energy Trading, Power Mgmt, Supply chain Mgmt, International business, Aviation etc. You should check these program atleat once, as i have heard that their MBA students get placed in reputed companies with gud packages.

Thank you for your query. We do offer Master of Business ( Event Management) program. The duration of which is 1.0 years. The fee of the program is AUD 22000 for one year. As an international student, you can work part time ( 20 hrs a week). Living expenses you are expected to show AUD 18000 for one year. Minimum entry requirement is 55% aggregate and IELTS score of 6.5 overall with no bandscore less than 6.0. currently we have started accepting applications for Feb 2012 intake.
