1. CBSE ( Central Board of Higher Education)
2.ICSE
3. NIOS
4. Jamia
i think you have mistook CBSE as COUNCIL OF HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION

FMS doesnt offer any special course for army officers but it has a part time course. I think you have to visit FMS website.

ideally I would suggest you to opt for Network+, CCNA, CCNP, check point and Ethical hacking.
here you can understand and master the concept of Networking fundamentals, specialise on Cisco's internetwork operating system, manage cisco devices like routers and switches, install and administer check point fore wall, become an expert in security administration, and also confidently diagonose the vulnerability of any network by mastering Ethical hacking. you may get an entry in to IT industry as a Network administrator or a Network Operations Center engineer as L1 level, or in a data center etc.

CCNA & CCNP are networking oriented courses and MCSE is a System Engineer course and all the Job oriented courses only.
Job Assurance on completion of course can't be given any institute only they assist you to get it through their campus recruitment drive.
