No, you are not eligible for both papers, if you have done only B.Ed. After B.Ed, you are only eligible for paper -2. If you have the BTC or D. El. Ed, you are eligible for both the papers.

There is no degree for MBA in Agriculture in India. The degree you may go on with is MBA in Agriculture, Business Management or Post graduate Diploma in Agri-Business Management or Post graduate Diploma in Rural Management.
