Although, enhancing your education is always a good option but advisable is that you should opt for a regular full time MBA program especially when you are a fresher, as it not only has a better standing in the job market but also gives you good amount of practical exposure to make you a well rounded personality. However, if you can not opt for fulltime the next best option is part time. Few of the Institutes which you can consider to do your Part time MBA are:
Pune University
TASMAC
National Insurance Academy
Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS)
Indian Institute of Planning & Management (IIPM)

Germany is basically famous for Engineering program not for the tourism courses there are countries like Switzerland, France, Italy etc are famous for hospitality and tourism program. I would suggest you to try in these countries , regarding part time jobs in germany student visa doesn't allow you to take full time job,you could surely do with a bit of extra income. As a international student you are permitted to work upto 4 hours/day,but not more than 180 half days/year.Both on campus and off-campus work is permitted. In any case, knowledge of German language is a strong plus point for a job.
All d best!
